Net Promoter Score: NPS is a measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction developed by Fred Reichheld and promoted through Bain & Associates and Satmetrix. It is used worldwide by many large and successful organizations and is often considered the most accurate measure of customer satisfaction that exists.

In the case of KKMII-Stratford, our NPS score is determined by asking students one question at the end of each course: How likely are you to recommend this course to a friend or family member? The student mark’s his or her response on a scale from 0 to 10. The results are tabulated; scores of 7 or 8 are discarded and scores of 0 to 6 are subtracted from the scores of 9 to 10. This calculation yields the Net Promoter Score.

Analysis of data from other users of the NPS system in Asia and South East Asia indicates that consistently producing results that are positive is very difficult. For whatever reason, scores from this part of the world tend to be lower. However, despite that tendency, KKMII-Stratford University routinely achieves very positive Net Promoter scores.

Our surveys also allows students to express why they gave the score they did. This information becomes the basis for immediate action. Issues or concerns are routed to the appropriate department for immediate resolution. Where possible, the student is contacted and informed of the resolution to ensure future satisfaction.

Our student-centric focus and use of the Net Promoter Score system has created very happy and loyal students. Our graduation rates are much higher than the average for other colleges and universities accredited by ACICS. Additionally well over 50% of our new students come to us because of the recommendation or referral of existing or former students.
